# DOI not working or showing error

The DOI `10.53555/sfs.v10i1.2060` is yet to be registered with us, as seen via our XML API here [https://doi.crossref.org/search/doi?pid=support@crossref.org&format=unixsd&doi=10.53555%2Fsfs.v10i1.2060](https://doi.crossref.org/search/doi?pid=support@crossref.org&format=unixsd&doi=10.53555%2Fsfs.v10i1.2060)

As you might be aware, all DOI metadata is provided to us by our publisher members. Crossref does not update, edit, or correct publisher-provided metadata directly.

Therefore, I have reached out to our contacts at Green Publication - publisher of the above DOI, and asked them to register it. You may wish to contact the publisher directly as well, for the fastest possible response.
