Al momento de depositar artículo con OJS, recibimos este error: ¡El registro ha fallado! El servidor de registro del DOI ha comunicado un error: ’ (401 Unauthorized)'. Tenemos 3 revistas y sale este rror para todas. Antes funcionaba bien esta herramienta de ojs. Unfortunately, that account was suspended due to unpaid invoices on 2025-May-23. We have three journals, and each faculty must pay for its own journal. But this invoice doesn’t show which payment corresponds to which journal. Hello again @Lyudmyla , Please find attached your quarterly report (we run these by quarters, so I have attached one for each quarter of 2024) which gives a bit more detail on your submissions in the last quarter. Our content registration fees are different depending on the type of content you are registering, and whether the content is current (published during the current year or two years previous) or backfile (published earlier than that). Once you register content with us, there’s no charge to update the metadata associated with these existing DOIs. **Understanding your report** Here’s what each column in the report shows: - Type - the type of content you registered (eg journal, book) - Title - the title this content belongs to - Prefix - the prefix this content was registered against - CY - the number of current year DOIs you registered in this category in this quarter - BY - the number of backfile (or “back year”) DOIs you registered in this category in this quarter You can check this report against [this table](https://www.crossref.org/fees/#content-registration-fees) which shows our fees for the relevant content types. As an example, the fees for current journal articles are USD $1. The fees for backfile journal articles are USD 0.15. So if your “type” column says “Journal” and your have 50 in your CY column, and 50 in your BY column, then this adds up to: 50 x USD1 = USD 50 50 x USD 0.15 = USD 7.5 Total = USD $57.50 Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Dear Isaac, I appreciate your coordination regarding this matter. The Crossref service has already been established. However, the problem with the DOI for the Mercurio Peruano Journal persists. It cannot be deposited, and this error appears. It is a periodical journal and has only one ISSN for all issues. I have attached an error image. The error in your OJS instance means that the journal title we have stored in our system associated with ISSN 02548135 does not match the journal title being sent to us in the XML created by your OJS submissions. The journal title previously submitted to us with ISSN 02548135 was simply: `Mercurio Peruano` Now, with these most recent submissions, the journal title being sent to us has changed to: `Mercurio Peruano. Revista de Humanidades` ![Screenshot 2025-07-15 at 3.32.21 PM](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/crossref/original/2X/0/0077a4a5174990a2db15d15a6b7e1bbbd7da125a.png) That’s fine, if that’s what you want to register with us now, but we have a very rigid journal title check process in our system that enforces consistency. I have modified the journal title record in our system so that the journal title associated with ISSN 02548135 is now: `Mercurio Peruano. Revista de Humanidades` I have also successfully reprocessed the 56 submissions that failed from your account in the last 24 hours. Dear Issac: Thank you very much for your help. Now, the DOIs have been assigned correctly for the latest issue of Mercurio Peruano. I didn’t know that the editor of Mercurio Peruano had changed the name of the journal on its website. Furthermore, he only did so for the latest issue. For this reason, the DOIs for the previous issue can’t be activated. But it doesn’t matter. Starting with this issue, everything will work. I only manage the university’s OJS and the Revista de Comunicación. That’s why I had no idea about these changes. Again, I really appreciate your help. Best regards.
