Meeting members in person gives us a chance to hear what you’re working on, answer questions, and learn what would make Crossref more useful to you.

### What can we talk about?

A few things we’d especially like to discuss this year:

- **Technical support** —questions about metadata deposits, workflows, integrations, and the REST API.
- **Crossref programs and services** —what we’re working on and how our services are developing.
- **Membership** —how your organisation participates in Crossref, how to get more from your membership, and an update on our [Crossref Member Practices consultation](https://doi.org/10.64000/1y3ve-3pw05).
- **Schema 5.5 and CRediT** —[the latest schema now supports multiple contributor roles](https://doi.org/10.64000/6xx3c-nmp80), including CRediT. If you already collect contributor role information, you can now register it with Crossref.
- **Content registration tools** —[Metadata Manager](https://doi.org/10.64000/8pqqa-kg818) now supports books and chapters.
- **Membership and fees** —[we’ve made changes to our fee structure](https://doi.org/10.64000/cvvj8-tax10), including a new lowest membership tier and simpler registration fees.
- **Service Providers** —[we’ve relaunched the Service Providers program](https://doi.org/10.64000/yepqp-zxx87) to clarify how service providers support metadata registration with Crossref.
