Dr V Thangavel is the Head of the LIRC and Librarian at the St. Francis Institute of Management and Research (SFIMAR) in Mumbai, India. UGC and AICTE recognize it and are permanently affiliated with the University of Mumbai. His professional specialties include management, law, economics, and library and information science. Criminology and Police Administration, Health and Safety, and Christianity. He was a Professor at colleges in India that were affiliated with various Universities. He has published many research articles and his works have been translated into a published in many other languages throughout the world. His current research interests include enhancing the competitiveness of global research excellence, developing new pedagogical systems, and mandating government involvement in the food, medical, and educational sectors. He is an active member in the field of research and academic advisor in a great number of research and innovative national and international journal board members in various international forums. His management capability has been shown through his supernatural knowledge domain as editor-in-chief, editorial board, advisory board, reviewer, and indexing specialist, and enrolled as a multidisciplinary journal publication in various countries. He has published 12 books in various disciplines in different subjects.
