I’m the Ambassador in Singapore. I served as the Director of the Chinese DOI Registration and Service Centre since its launch in 2007 and the Center started to cooperate with Crossref as a Sponsoring Organisation in Mainland China in 2013. Recognizing PIDs as fundamental to Open Science infrastructure, I am dedicated to advancing PID standards and services and now serve as the first Crossref Sponsoring Organisation in Singapore. I was a software engineer and also have experience in data management, scholarly publishing and other PIDs. I speak Chinese and English.
