What has your metadata made possible? That is what we want to hear at this year’s annual meeting, online on October 22.
If you have a project, fix, tool, or story to share, it belongs on the program. Work in progress counts too.
How it works
- Send us an abstract of up to 250 words. You may submit in your own language.
- Every accepted presenter gives a flash talk of 5–7 minutes.
- Presenters also share a poster here on the forum.
Submit your abstract by Friday, September 4.
The four topics
- Metadata works. Show us how you use our metadata, tools, or APIs. Research, new tools, methods, or case studies all fit. We welcome anything that makes research easier to find, reproduce, or trust.
- Our better metadata story. Pick one way you made your metadata better. Perhaps you fixed a problem, or built on something good. Tell us what changed, and what it made possible.
- A globally connected Research Nexus. How do contributions from around the world enrich our shared network? Tell us your story.
- Your journey with us. Reflect on your organization’s engagement over time. When and why did you join? What milestones stand out?
What happens next
We will reply to everyone by October 1. Accepted presenters receive poster specifications then. Flash-talk speakers also receive their slot assignments. We upload all recordings, posters, and slides to Zenodo, unless you ask us not to.
Questions about submitting? Ask below, and we will reply here.
