I haven’t been able to log in with my username or password on metadatamanager since around April 17, 2025.
I go to (Crossref), enter the same login information I’ve always used, but when I click “Login,” I get the following error: “Wrong credentials. Incorrect username or password.” — I don’t understand the issue because I’m using the same login as before.
Could someone please help me?

When a sponsored member’s password suddenly seems to have changed, it’s often because their sponsor requested a new password for their depositor role. This can be for a few reasons, chief among them that the sponsored member owes unpaid fees to the sponsor, or that the sponsor simply wishes to periodically ensure the security of an account via regular password resets.
