No space left on device error message - webdeposit form

Hello,

I registered data in the Web deposit form and at the end screen I received the message, written in red, “No space left on device”, as you can see in the screen shot (I redacted the xml name).

Any ideas why?

Thank you for reporting the ‘no space left on device’ error message on the web deposit form earlier today. We have fixed this bug and the web deposit form is fully operational now.

You’ll either need to resubmit your metadata using the web deposit form, or you can take the XML that was emailed to you and submit it manually to our admin tool using these instructions:

You can deposit these using the deposit admin tool.

  1. Log in with your Crossref account credentials
  2. Go to Submissions
  3. Click Upload
  4. Click Browse to locate the file you are uploading
  5. Select the file type:
  • Metadata: content registration XML
  1. Click Upload.
