Relation target DOI does not exist

I received this error: Error processing relations: Relation target DOI does not exist: 10.48550/arXiv.2507.20845

The imported DOI shows up correctly in the works API, but what am I supposed to do with this error as the related DOI is not ours? Is this an informational error to let us know that this related DOI is not in your system?

Hello, and thanks for your question.

Yes, that’s essentially an informational error that just pertains to the relationship metadata for that item. Otherwise, the deposit was processed normally, but the relationship to 10.48550/arXiv.2507.20845 was omitted, because we can’t establish relationships with non-Crossref DOIs.
