Members of our technical support and membership teams will lead you through a tutorial of our admin tool - doi.crossref.org. This hour-long session is designed for all members registering content, regardless of registration method. We’ll address the basics of the admin tool. Including:
- submitting XML
- making sense of the deposit queue and submission processing
- troubleshooting submission errors
- viewing past submissions
- resolving conflicts
- reviewing the deposit history of your DOIs
