Getting error at DOI deposit "Server Error 500:"

I want to deposit my new DOI but as i click at deposit i am getting error “Server Error 500:”.

From last 5 days , i am getting this error.

Thank you for your message.

You are seeing this error because your member account has been suspended due to anomalies in the metadata you have been registering with us. I believe you have been in contact with our Membership Director, Amanda Bartell, about this issue. I am unable to unsuspend your member account.
