I can't save (metadatamanage)

Good afternoon
I fill it out via metadatamanage. But having filled in one article, I can’t save as draft, and there are no error messages (other actions don’t work either)

Thank you @gorodetsky . We’ve had a handful of members report problems with various buttons in Metadata Manager in the last two days. We believe the bug may have been introduced during our database migration earlier this week. Our technical team is investigating.
