Hi @Ofelya, thanks for your message. Via which DOI deposit method are you attempting to submit DOI metadata records for NeoEcon Review — NER? OJS? Web Deposit Form? Metadata Manager? Direct XML deposit?
You also mention that the journal has a new title. Can you confirm the old title, new title, and ISSNs, as applicable?
