Two chapter level DOIs failing to resolve

Hi,

I’m having trouble with two chapter level DOIs which won’t register:

DOI - https://doi.org/10.51952/9781447318798.ch002
Live URL - Two: Marjory Allen, 1897-1976 in: Champions for Children
Crossref report - https://doi.crossref.org/servlet/submissionAdmin?sf=detail&submissionID=1720785442

and

DOI - https://doi.org/10.51952/9781447359944.ch001
Live URL - 1: Introduction: The concept, rationale, and implications of reablement in: Reablement in Long-Term Care for Older People
Crossref report - https://doi.crossref.org/servlet/submissionAdmin?sf=detail&submissionID=1720778227

In both cases the Crossref admin portal says that the DOIs have already been assigned. Please can you advise?

In submission https://doi.crossref.org/servlet/submissionAdmin?sf=detail&submissionID=1720785442, it looks like the XML is incorrectly coded to me. We have the book title in our admin tool that was previously registered for these ISBNs set as ‘Champions for Children.’ I see that title present in the XML, but it is not being submitted for the book-level metadata. It is present in chapter-level metadata and the book title being submitted is ‘Front Matter.’ That discrepancy in the XML is what is causing the failures in this submission. Can you review the XML and determine if it is coded correctly. If not, can you fix and resubmit this one?

In submission https://doi.crossref.org/servlet/submissionAdmin?sf=detail&submissionID=1720778227, there is no DOI https://doi.org/10.51952/9781447359944.ch001 included in that submission. All 16 DOIs in that submission were registered successfully, as you can see below:

It appears that DOI https://doi.org/10.51952/9781447359944.ch001 was simply omitted from this submission. Please resubmit your XML with that DOI included in it.
