A valid publication was not found

We submitted XML for an accepted paper with new XML format with the first element under the body element is pending_publication with intent_statement based on your pending publications document. We received this error:
A valid publication was not found.

The batch id is: apsxref:de4e9978-0e80-41fa-94b6-8f0913a9c43c
DOI is 10.1103/7q6l-d4qh

Can you provide insight if this is just an error or am I missing something from your documentation. I can rollback my code to avoid an onslaught of these errors if needed.

Many thanks for your message on the forum.

That DOI is currently already registered with us here under a journal article content type and you can see the metadata against it here: Designing quantum error correction codes for practical spin qudit systems

Do you have a submission log ID from which you go this error message from? I tried checking the username against the prefix from that DOI and I couldn’t find anything in there so I was wondering if you had that information for me so I can check on this further.

I tried searching against the batchID provided but I was not getting results from that either.

You could try attaching the XML file to this thread as well if it will let you.
