Hello @rahul ,
I see what has happened here. These DOIs were registered under the wrong journal in your account under the Metadata Manager tool. Here’s an example DOI: 10.38124/ijisrt/25aug288
Correcting this error is not straightforward, unfortunately. There isn’t an easy way to migrate journal articles between journals within the Metadata Manager tool. Instead, in order to correct this, the articles must be removed from the incorrect journal, the metadata updated, and the journal articles added back into the correct journal in the correct journal dashboard in Metadata Manager.
I have removed the articles from the incorrect journal and updated the metadata so the journal article DOIs are under the journal International Journal of Innovative Science and Research Technology (IJISRT). So, the metadata is now correct.
You may add the journal articles to the correct journal - International Journal of Innovative Science and Research Technology (IJISRT) - in Metadata Manager after 24 hours (this change requires an index in our API which takes some time after my resubmission). You should be able to add those article back into your Metadata Manager journal dashboard after this time tomorrow by searching for the titles and adding them here:
When the article in question is returned, simply click ‘Add’ to import this article into this journal’s dashboard.
I should also encourage you to consider our new helper tool for journals, the record registration form. It is available here: https://manage.crossref.org/records.
Warm regards,
Isaac
