Crossref credentials not accepted

Hello Lina,

We are supposed to have automated registration via Scholastica, but it has been disabled for some reason.

Our E-ISSN is 2816-7988 -

I may have to reregister the prefix number. Where do I find that?

i found my prefix number but when entered i get this error message: “Those credentials were not accepted by the service. Please check your credentials and try again.”

Thanks for following up. Unfortunately, the VuePoint IDS Inc. (DOI prefix 10.57204) account associated with the CRO (Clinical & Refractive Optometry) Journal (ISSN 28167988) is currently inactive, so that’s why you are receiving the errors that you have reported when attempting new registrations for this journal and prefix.
